My sessions with Gary have helped me heal, mature and understand my needs so much more. Speaking to Gary has opened up the space for me to be honest and vulnerable, helping me learn to do that with my loved ones too. It is a space where we discuss all the little things that get to me in my daily life as well as the deeper issues that I have been dragging for years. Gary is so understanding and compassionate, always a friendly person to speak to. It almost feels like a friend that is helping me do life in a way that works better for me.

Gaz was like a big brother from day one. His calm and compassionate demeanour eased away the barriers and helped me open up more than I thought possible. He still doesn’t understand how much he helped. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!.

Gary has been incredibly supportive in my first journey through therapy, creating a really comfortable environment to learn about myself and face up to my challenges. My time with Gary has enabled me to see real growth in a way I wouldn’t have thought possible.

Gary is so easy to talk to, I really look forward to speaking to him regardless of how difficult it might be to address certain issues. He’s really understanding and kind and I feel like I’m able to talk to him honestly.
Simon
So unbelievably trusting and supportive, listens in such a way your not only listened to but heard.
Gavin
I have been working with Gary for over 20 weeks now and I have found the sessions extremely helpful. Gary is able to identify the themes in my 45 minute ramblings and then offer suggestions on how to adjust the behaviours I’m looking to improve. Its also great just to be able to discuss weekly goings on in my life to make sure I’m not internalising everything. Gary’s approach is friendly and calm and he is very easy to discuss any topic with. I would happily recommend anyone to either start or continue their therapy journey with Gary.

I was very apprehensive about going into therapy, but from day one Gaz created a safe space and made me feel very comfortable. It was the best decision I could’ve made and Gaz has provided me with amazing support and has been incredibly understanding! Thank you does not even come close, it’s been life changing.
Simone
Hi Gary I just wanted to say thank you for such a helpful session (as always!) I can’t tell you how amazing I feel after releasing all of that emotion, it’s like I’ve unlocked something and I can already see a difference. I’m really grateful

I first started on the 21.10.24. Before this, I could not fight my anger and would have outbursts at the smallest things. But the Bravest part of my journey would be making that first step with Gaz; A total stranger which I would be sharing stuff with that I have never spoken about with anyone else. Our first couple of sessions I was more withheld, however the best thing I did was to keep going and to trust Gaz and to trust the process. Even after just 9 sessions I can honestly say this is one of the best things I have done for myself and the people around me. I would recommend Gaz to absolutely anyone who has felt or feels the same way I did before therapy.
Simon
Calm, attentive, knowledgeable and reassuring, very easy to talk to, I’d highly recommend spending some time with him.

Going into therapy I was in a really scary place. I was diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder or BPD. I kept an open mind which is the most important thing you can do going into therapy. The want to better yourself, want to learn about mental health in general so you can apply knowledge to your own life. Gary taught me so much about myself and mental health which has been invaluable. If I’d have any advice to give to someone even contemplating therapy, it’s that you should go for it, even if you think you don’t need it. Learning about mental health and dipping your toe in with the attitude of wanting to better yourself is the most powerful thing you can mentally do for yourself. I now have learnt so much about myself and what it means to be me because of Gary’s sessions. My advice is to better yourself for yourself!
